Our founder's story
Catharine Montgomery, Founder and CEO of Better Together Agency, founded the agency after facing racism and systemic barriers in her career. She wanted to help organizations communicate with the communities they serve.
Better Together Agency combines communications strategy with responsible AI to support work on equity and social change.

Better Together Agency conducts the annual Biases in Generative AI Survey. The research examines how people experience AI bias and how those perceptions relate to trust and reported product use.
