Fair Fight Action asked us to support its mission, promoting voter rights during the critical midterm elections.

Reframing the narrative on women’s health with AI-Powered strategy

The National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH) needed to reframe how reproductive and sexual health are communicated amid polarized discourse and rising public scrutiny affecting their 4,200+ members nationwide.

We partnered with NPWH to:

  • Build a messaging strategy rooted in real-time insight and inclusive language benchmarks using machine learning algorithms for their diverse membership.
  • Develop narrative consistency using an AI-powered workspace with automated content coordination across their H.E.R. Hub platform, Clinical Journal, and advocacy initiatives.
  • Track message performance through predictive analytics across their digital platforms.


We moved faster with AI-driven insights, spoke with greater precision through automated sentiment analysis, and supported NPWH in developing a bold and inclusive voice for women’s health that gained national traction and strengthened stakeholder trust while achieving an 11% membership growth in 2024.

Destination sustainability in action

When tourism growth created concerns in Dubrovnik, we helped facilitate a partnership between the cruise industry and city leadership.

We supported the company in addressing concerns about overcrowding while maintaining the economic benefits of tourism. We helped develop sustainable tourism practices, including staggered arrival schedules, new transportation routes, and visitor education programs as well as coral reef restoration.

This collaboration established long-term sustainability practices, resulting in Dubrovnik becoming a CLIA Executive Partner, with ongoing initiatives to preserve the city’s cultural heritage.

Girl Rising global advocacy campaign

For this documentary film about girls’ education, we developed a year-long engagement campaign that connected with worldwide audiences.

We turned a documentary film into a movement for girls’ education by launching it at the first UN International Day of the Girl, hosting viewing events at the Sundance Film Festival, organizing influencer gatherings in major cities, and developing toolkits for community screenings.

The campaign engaged influencers, local communities, employees, and college women, creating a sustainable movement around girls’ education globally.

Atlanta Public Schools Transformation Initiative

We needed to position the High School Transformation Initiative (HSTI) to gain stakeholder support during a time when the public was skeptical of change.

To achieve our goal, we established a foundation for success by:

  • Creating a new message platform with consistent communications.
  • Producing informational materials and an engaging website.
  • Developing email templates and newsletter content.
  • Activating alumni as champions for the initiative.


We built engagement among educators, students, parents, and community members, creating a positive narrative around educational transformation in Atlanta.

Eboni-Rose Thompson, a candidate for Ward 7 Councilmember in Washington, D.C., needed a digital presence to connect with diverse voters and build a compelling message on inclusive education and interwoven community safety.

Better Together Agency conducted audience insights and a social media audit, identifying gaps in branding and engagement. We developed a plan to engage voters using communications planning, brand development, graphic design, and video production.
